PROJECTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

①Design For Manufacturing (DFM)

Part Analysis, when we receive 3D data, we will start the part analysis, DFW will proceed to show the gate position, parting line, potential concerns, etc.

②Mold Specification Sheet

After receiving the purchasing order, we will make the mold specifications as per your mold requirements, and send to clients for confirmation. It is better if the customer can provide us with specifications and mold manufacturing standards.

③Mold Drawings

We will get started 2D and 3D drawing when getting the confirmation of DFM report and the mold technical specifications.

④Tooling Schedule

The tooling schedule will be provided after getting the confirmation for the steel cutting. This schedule will be updated on every Monday following, along with detailed noted projects of the process with photos.

⑤First Article Inspection Report

This will be provided after the mold trail, and also with the video and pictures showing the mold running status and samples’ status.

⑥Before Mold Shipment

Besides standard molds checking as customers' requirement before shipment, water leaking checking is one of most important work. Meanwhile, a complete molds file (2D drawing, 3D drawing, injection parameter, steel certificate, molds pictures, electrodes, etc.) will be shipped together with molds.
