Henry has over 18 years of experience in the automotive and plastics industries. He is currently responsible for Company Operations, Sales & Business Development, and Program Management for HS Mold. His policy is that help customer success and help employee success, Perfecting the welfare system and facilities to create a better working and living conditions for our employees, this has always been a goal for him. At HS Mold, we value the effort from every employee and share the pride of our company’s success. Previous to HS Mold, he was Operations and Tooling Program Management in China for a US company for 5 years, his team manages over 200 molds each year. Prior to that, he spent more than five years in mold design, engineering. Henry holds an Engineer Bachelor degree and he is proficient in English, both verbally and by writing.

Samson used to work for a famous listed tooling shop as the precision department manager more than 8 years. This department focus on the high precision injection mold such as high cavitation mold with low cycle time, stack mold and complicated action mold. During this time, his team has delivered more than 1300 sets high precision molds, the customer bases including P&G, Schneider, ABB, Molex, Whirlpool, TRW etc. Then he joined Zobele Group which is one of the biggest molding company in Italy as China Tooling & Engineering Manager. His team mainly built plastic injection molds for consumer packaging. Samson brings over 16 years of experience in mold manufacturing and management for consumer packaging goods and medical device, he can always meet or even exceed the requirement and expectations of the customers.
